DOS not working

Question for everyone, I use my DOS for daily auto water changes and recently my pump on the right of the machine spins and pulls clean water from my tub, but it doesn't exit the other side of the waterline. It is like the "in" outlet is full of water but nothing is coming from the "out" tube.

Any ideas?

Corey

The heads only last so long, less with a high demand schedule like water changes. How long has it been used and how much are you using it daily?

Take off the the head in question and examine it closely, is any of the orange casing cracked or broken? Does the rubber tube inside still make contact all the way around?

If it is cracked or broken, it is time for a replacement.

Was used when I bought it, I've had it for a few months now. I see no visible cracks or breaks, the tubing inside has no holes in it, however there is a "flat-ish" spot from the rollers but I'm not sure would cause any issues. It's not flat, just not circular like the rest.
