Not entirely sure why, but this is my favorite pic of anything from my tank.

Yesterday as the sun was going down in the west, the moon was rising in the east and the sky was still very blue. Nikon P900 with zoom at about 1400mm.

I agree. Beautiful and creepy!

I love astronomy pics. We were going to go to the Dry Tortugas at the next new moon so I could try for a good Milky Way photo, but Hurricane Irma screwed that up. All the state and national parks in the Keys are closed. I may try going down to a spot in the Everglades to get away from the light.

Nice Jesse.

I would have removed that wee tip of a filament poking through the petals down below center right.

Ah, Fall colors in the trees. I do miss that down here. But then I don't miss the cold that follows and the snow that comes with it!

Nice PHoto.

Notice your Image from PHOTOBUCKET isn't showing. Instead that WARNING about 3rd Party Posting.

If you add ~original to the End of the Image URL (as I did you quoting your Post), the Image will work/show-up. (not sure for how long, but works for now)

Got a figurine 35 years ago from a Shop in Cozumel Mexico during my Scuba Diving Certification Trip and first Drift Dive at the Santa Roza Trench.

Never even had a Fish Tank or Corals back then.
But Diving inspired me into the Hobby.

Totally forgot about it for decades.
Dug it up today. Dusted it off for this Photo in front of my tank.

The foundation stem is a Raw BLACK CORAL.

Nice Autumn Colors Photo.
Did you throw a pebble to make that Ripple Ring?

I do miss the Fall colors having moved here 17 years ago, but then I do NOT miss what comes after the Fall colors. Raking leaves and the shoveling snow!
