% to ppm of formalin
Can anyone tell me how many ppm would I have in 10 gals of salt water if I dose 1 ml of 37% formalin?

1 ml of 37% formalin is about 0.37 g or 370 mg formalin
Put that into 10 gallons (37.85 kg of water) gives about 370 mg /37.85 kg = 9.8 ppm.

Thank you!
I took chemistry in high school but flunked it. Now, 50 odd years later, I've forgotten what little I did know then.
