Osmolator Nano 3152 died this morning

I've had my ATO running since Mid may. All was running smooth until this morning I woke up and noticed my sump return chamber was super low. I unplugged and plugged back the ATO, turned it upside and triggered the float switch and nothing. Doesn't make any noise at all.

I'm really hoping there is some warranty that can help me out... this hobby is making me broke lol.

Yes, it has a 2 year warranty. Please try the following, connect the pump to a 9V battery, if it does not work, the pump is dead. If it works it is vague, it may work but draw too much power. If it works try touching the pump wires to the output of the power supply, one to the outer shell, one to the hole in the middle of the tip, if it works, we know the power supply is good. When did you buy it? Do you have any reason to suspect the controller may have gotten wet?

Thanks. Very strange, I've had the pump off all morning, I was going to try and d what you told me and now the pump is working again. Makes me a little nervous about the longevity of it working, but at least it is for now.

When you unplugged it how did you do it? At the controller or at the power supply/wall outlet? It could have just been a safety timer shut down, keep in mind as delivered, anytime the pump runs 1 min 48 seconds it turns off, that is good for a tank under 25 gallons, bigger tanks need the longer safety timer setting. To reset the safety timer you have to unplug at the controller briefly or unplug the power supply from the wall for about a minute because the capacitors in the power supply hold some voltage for a while.
