Hey all, have these red and white worm tentacle things on my live rock and was wondering if anyone knows what they are and if they are good or bad, I made a video of them on YouTube, they only seem to come out when lights are off. hanks

It's a spaghetti worm. There are many species of Spaghetti worms which are included in the 8,000+ known species of marine worms
