Thanks!
Yes... it was standing on my table and when suddenly the table leg broke it fell off... now it’s stuck at aperture 16 and I can’t get any sharp images out of it... thankfully I didn’t buy the expensive version of it... but still 380 bucks hurts a lot Thanks dom! Yes it’s better, let’s wait and see what the ICP test says Quote:
Thanks Matt!! And Haha sure... liquid in an airplane.. man I will fly to the US and then drive up to Canada ... I wouldn’t survive for 2” with a coral in my bag

Hey guys!
Here are some update pictures from my tank Currently I am battling some kind of algae... I’m trying to suppress those after siphoning them of with bacteria from Fauna Marin Currently don’t know what they are. Looked at them under the microscope and couldn’t recognize Dinos... Rest is doing great, but I think some corals has a hard time with the light change, lost some smaller frags but nothing special On the other hand is a Superman montipora making a big comeback from being a brown dead plug Here is the rest of the tank Cheers

Nice flo.
That looks like diatom algae.. I see that a lot in new set ups.. I usually ignore it and it passes. I have associated it with a poorly functioning ro unit as well.. Silicates?

There are some silicates in the tank... was using a bad ro and It could well be the result of it... I am running a Silicate Filter and hope I will get the upper hand on that...

When I see that full tank shot, I hope this tank lasts forever... the corals will have so much space to grow and fill this tank...
Love it. |
