Swollen Frogspawn mouth

Hi all,

My frogspawns mouth on the left side has been swollen for a few days now, any ideas what may be causing this? It seems healthy otherwise, not sure if this is an issue, just trying to understand what's going on and make sure everything is healthy! Thanks for any advice or info you can provide, parameters and photo below:
Salinity- 1.024
Nitrate- 2
Phosphate- 0.5
Kh- 10.9
Mg- 1290
Ca- 480

Well I cant figure out how to upload my photo since the file size is too big...

.5 phosphate is way to high, is that a typo and you mean 0.05?
Don't really see any issues in the pic.....

The picture is not great, but it looks to me to be a bubble which sometimes means that head is about to split.
