Armageddons or armor of gods....
Hello everyone! I bought these about a year and half ago. They were sold to me as armageddons. I started with a 4 polyp frag and it has become about 40 since then. I have asked some serious zoa collectors in my area but the answers or opinions are diverse. Out of 5 legit zoa collectors, who IMHO really know their zoas, 3 have said armageddon, and 2 have said armor of god. Needless to say RC has the best group of zoa junkies so I figured I would pose the question to you guys so what do you think... Armaggedons, or armor of gods??

These were sold to me as Armageddons, but I believe they are Armor of God.

Wow man they are really nice. It sucks being sold something only to find out later what you bought was not as advertised. Of course you feel monetarily ripped off in most cases but more importantly, IMHO, its the fact that there are people out there that are willing to lie to you just to make an extra few bucks. These are things you expect out of the commercial retail end of things not from fellow reefers

Right on 650, thanks for the pictures. I appreciate the help guys youve been excellent. I really like my DA though id love to get my hands on some armageddons! It seems they are quite rare these days making them pretty tough to find. I do personally think of the three in this group DA, AOG, and ARMS, that the ARMS are the nicest looking with DA coming in close second. Maybe someday I will find some! Thanks again

Original AOGs would glow like crazy in one's tank. you can tell easliy a DA by the Bat design. I've had multiple morphs of ARMs over the years. I never had luck keeping them more than a year. They would grow to a nice colony then just melt on me for no reason.

I believe those are the Tyree Armageddon II's. I have a big colony as well and my original frag come from Exotic Frags.
