Question Sizing Power Head for new tank

Hi all, starting new 45G tank, looking to get 2 power head at this time is only fish only would like to have simple coral later on. I'm afraid to under or over powering the water movement, what size should I get or should I spend the extra money and get one with a variable speed .


45G Fish only for now
24” LED light
10G sump tank (Pending build)
Coral Vue Technology AC20284 Octopus \4-Inch, 100-Gallon (Pending purchase)
EHEIM 3000L return Pump 792G (Pending purchase)
Eshopps Overflow Boxes Pf-800 (Pending purchase)
40 Lbs Prokonia Rock (Pending purchase)
2 - Power Heads (Pending Purchase)
150W heater
