Oceans Motions Support

Does anyone know if they still support their products? Sent two emails now and no response. Any replacement products anyone can suggest?

What are you looking for specifically as far as support?

Seems that communication from them isn't instant based on other users comments but they eventually get back to you..

mcgyvr;25632543 - Mine is making grinding sound and I want to know if it can be serviced or needs to be replaced. I have it plumbed on my tank that is set up as a peninsula style with the plumbing that comes up on the end of the overflow and goes to the other end. Yea communication like that means find a new option. I need to do some research to see what options are out there to create that varying flow. The pic below was from dry fitting when I initially set up my tank.
