Looks like some type of cowry snail to me..

It does have the frilly membrane covering part of the shell close to the foot. Shell is pearl white color. Thanks for the input. Let me look up to make sure it’s not poisonous or will eat fish.

Yes, it's Money Cowry, Cypraea (Monetaria) moneta. They are generally considered to be harmless.
