New Bubble Magus Curve 9 Loud

Just got BM Curve 9 and its very loud took apart put it back together still loud. Call sea side aquatics support said give it a week to break in.
Anyboby have a curve 9 with the same problem

Any word? I got the 9 and it's too loud to use. Plus the foam goes over no matter what I do. Even pulling the regulator out it still overflows as soon as plugged in. Any ideas?
