Any idea on what this is?

This is located by my power head. There are now 4 of them with this one being the first one to grow. This one is about 3/4" long. They seem to have translucent tubular arms. They can also move. The second (not in the pic) has moved about 3" from the first one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Evidently the pictures were too big but nothing tells you this. Anyways, let me what you think.

I'd say a species of bryozoan. Harmless.
