Photos turning out blue. Suggestions?

We have LED lights, some blue, some white, a few red. To our eyes, everything looks great but all photos, with Nikon camera, phone, Cannon, come out heavily into the blue spectrum. I can fix it a little with software but the results are not perfect. Has anyone used a color filter on their camera lens or played with the white balance on their camera? I am wondering if that is the fix.

Use custom white balance or a orange filter on the lens. You can also adjust it in raw processing.

I have the same issue when taking pictures diving. An orange lens makes all the difference! See my GoPro pics below with and without filter (I forgot my orange lens filter one day).

You're right - post processing the photo can never fully compensate

Thanks for the tips. The white balance made some difference but not perfect so I will try the orange filter.
