Thanks Przemek. For those not on facebook: the answer is: it should work - but test it and see. So I will follow up after I get the plumbing parts I need to introduce this to my system.

Hello Przemek,
Have you launched new firmware for kalkfeeder so the minimal amount dosing is less than 0.100 L. Ac4 is a beast, 0,100 L is to much for my tank, thanks |

Hello
This is Pedro from spain, i have just installed my new Ac2 pro. Which is great because as i am confined at home because of the f.... coronavirus I have plenty time to play with it . My question is. Is it normal that every time the solenoid starts and co2 is released a stream of water is send through the water output tube? The na few cycles of the doser pump are needed until the water starts again to drip from the tube. I have configured just a few Bubbles per second of co2 from the solenoid |

Iam checking the calcfeeder post and i have exactly the same error you post. My calcfeeder sometimes gets stuck dripping with the solenoid open (controller requesting CO2) and the doser pump without working. Did you figure the problem out? It would be very nice if you share with me tour solution |

I'm sorry you're getting messages - but there's too much useful information in this thread to just delete it.
I'm also getting out of the hobby and no longer own this. An interesting thing though as we were breaking down the tank for transfer: there was about 5 pounds of sludge built up in the reactor after 3 years of continuous operation. it didn't seem to affect the efflueent or anything - but it was due for a cleaning.
