Crispa?
I bought this anemone from a store here in Saint Louis that had it in their display tank for a couple years. It was attached to a piece of rock at the store and it looks to be attached to the bottom of a rock in this tank. It’s about 8” and hasn’t grown much the last couple of years. I’m thinking it’s a Crispa?

I purposefully said crispa hoping on hope with reverse psychology that it might be a malu

So can I gather that even though the usual guidance is that both Malu and Crispa need a sand bed to bury their feet and anchor, they can be successful in a bare bottom tank (with appropriate rock work)?

Malu will live in the sand and Crispa is a rock dwelling anemone
