AFS - pumps not turning off

I only use my AFS when I go out of town, but have noticed when testing that my pumps don't turn off as expected when the AFS turns on at the scheduled time.

However, when I simply use the Feed A option from Fusion, the pumps do turn off, so it seems for whatever reason when the AFS turns on it's not triggering Feed A, although this is what is selected on the AFS.

Any ideas on what to check?
