ATO Question: Can I change IO version to bare wire?

ATO Question: Can I change IO version to bare wire?
Can the connector on the Apex IO version be cut off and the wires be connected to a breakout box. I cant give up the IO port on my apex because im using ut for the break out box currently. And buying another ATO isnt in the bubudbubudgbubudbubudgebubudbubudgbubudbubudger currently

Yes, it’s quite easy. Cut off the plug and use the brown and black wires.

It doesn’t matter. It’s just completing the circuit, not carrying any voltage.
