Windowsill Mac

I've decided to microsize and put some halimeda in a little glass by the window where it gets direct sunlight for about five hours a day. Thoughts on whether it's enough -- and if I should be sticking it back in the jarquarium?

It should work. I've done it with freshwater plants, but not saltwater.

BTW, just in case you didn't know, you can tell your plants are thriving if you see air bubbles on them.

The halimeda is currently bubbling as if I poured hyrdogen peroxide on an algae-covered frag! Okay, it's not that bad, but it is bubbling away.

Yup, whenever I dose nitrate to my seahorse tank all the unattached macros float up to the surface and the tank becomes filled with bubbles.

The dragon's breath is behaving itself so far in Jarquarium #2, but I have a low-flow pump that waves its fronds nicely without displacing it too much.
