Return pump? Question...

Hello fellow reefers,
I have a Innovative 10 gallon AIO (love it) and was thinking that with such a small display could I replace the return pump with a much stronger one? One strong enough that I wouldn't need a power head. Thoughts? Also what would you guys recommend?
