Energy Bar 832

I bought this apex new and in a year and a half the Energy Bar 832 is already starting to FAIL ?! I've had apex before with the regular energy bar 8 and to this date still working, considering it was bought used to add to the new apex system i recently bought. to pay $250 every year and a half I think is way TOO much. And their warranty is only for a year?! I have contacted neptune and they like for me to send the energy bar 832 to be seen by them - I haven't sent it yet because setting up timer and what not is a pain in the rear. I was forced to buy an new energy bar 832 and will send the old one. but really neptune - quality products pls, I guess that is why they only give one year warranty as they may NOT stand by the quality of their products. --- SAD.
