My 34g Solana

Wow how things have changed! I was a reefer about 5 years ago and loved my tanks. I always loved this Solana tank so I held on to it along with tons of equipment. I even had rock sitting in a bucket in my shed. So when I decided to set up my tank I was excited to see that I really didn't need much. I did sell my light so I purchased an AI prime HD and LOVE IT! I do still have my original skimmer that came with the tank but at least for now don't plan to use it. My tank is almost cycled and I hope to add some fish soon.

My solana was one of my favorite, and my most successful tank date. Sometimes I wish I still had. Yours is looking good so far. I also just got a couple Prime HD's and love them. They are amazing tiny lights!

So i added a few things..
A pair of flurry clowns... some easy coral and a DIY mesh top to keep everyone in the tank. I also decided to run the stock skimmer.

Looks like a nice start. I like the Flurry clowns, though I decided to go with a pair of black Ocillaris for my tank. I just wasn't willing to pay the price for designer clowns. Keep the pics coming.

The Flurries were 99.00 for the pair @ my LPS... considering what all the others were priced at I thought they were priced right. I cant believe how much some clowns cost. I've been out of the hobby a while talk about sticker shock
