Zoas inflated
Just fed my tank some frozen reef food and my Zoa's disk inflated.
Anyone know the reason why? Good or bad?

I don't know the exact reason but i have seen a few of my zoas do this before. I don't think it is of much concern. Atleast i hope not ha

Mine seem to do this after feeding and during full light. If I feed as lights are dimming they dont do it
