SH cleanup crew

I have 3 black Seahorses in my fuge. They will be going in a 40 gallon pentagon which i currently cycling with about 60 pounds of figi. The tank is also bare bottom. What is everyone using for a cleanup crew. Are hermits safe? If so how many do I need?

small hermits are safe

most snails are safe-nass. species are awsome, may I add.

only a few hermits, and a ton of snails. I have a 30-ish hex, and have 25 snails, and one big hermit, and one micro hitch-hiker hermit. add one more hermit, and five to ten more snails... ya should be good!

my advice:walk away. do nothing.
til tomorrow.
if its still alive, it will hopefully be fine. If you do not see it, do not try to find it. it may be hiding. just LEAVE it alone

Current Tank Info: starting over! 125 gallon. Soon to be home to Blackfoot clowns, A. nigripes

If you want hermits use the scarlet reef hermits -they are the most passive of the hermits.
