myGHL and Profilux 3 Ex

Afternoon,

I have connected my Profilux 3 Ex (Firmware 6.37) to myGHL.

It seems to be accessible intermittently - more often than not it is timing out when trying to access it from myghl.com Occasionally it does work so it is added to myGHL OK.

It works flawlessly using GHL connect on my Samsung S8+ on the local network at home and the web interface also works locally.

I also have a Doser2 SA connected to myGHL and it works everytime without issue.

Any idea's how to troubleshoot the P3 Ex?

1 main difference I do have is the Doser 2SA is set to Read/write for myGHL, the P3 Ex is set to read only (while I am setting it up so I don't make a mistake as I learn my way through).

Thanks in advance.

Nothing I do seems to make myGHL and Profilux 3 consistent. The result is intermittent however my Doser2 SA works everytime without fail.

Anyone experienced this before and found an answer?
