Toadstool coral looking weird since 3 days.
Here is a picture. My water parameters are fine. Is it shedding skin?

Yes, it is trying to shed the algae off that is growing on it. Is it getting good flow? Leathers need decent flow to keep them healthy and looking at the algae growing on the sand I am going to assume that is a very low flow settling area.
BTW, this goes in the soft coral section. This is a leather coral not a mushroom, despite the misleading name. |

I agree, try moving it. I have tons of leathers and they do marginally better in different lighting and flow conditions. My experience is they never stay unhappy for long. Keep the faith. |

Don't sweat it. They shed their "skin". It will be fine in a week...or two.

Keep it away from Torches and Frogspawn.
If my leather gets anywhere near my Torches they recede and I have had heads die off when near the leather. Otherwise, I've literally found no way short of a microwave oven to Kill a toadstool, so you shouldn't have any problems as long as you take reasonably good care of it.
