Angels only showing stringy white poop AFTER being treated with Prazipro
So I have a flame angel and coral beauty in QT. They were eating fine and pooping normal. I treat with Prazipro and NLS Ick shield as a prophylactic and boom, stringy white poop. What gives? Is the white poop due to them expelling worms? I dont see how the drug can GIVE them white poop. And now that they are like that, getting them to eat medicine seems almost impossible. For some reason they are really finicky eaters, will eat some pellets but not medicated pellets. Will chew up brine shrimp but will not SWALLOW the brine shrimp. Thoughts?

Well tough situation . I have that problem too . Trying to get theraputic doses of meds just by immersing them in the med doesn’t always work . To get into the gut you need to have them eat it . I bought seachems focus which is supposed to act as a binder . So I put my special mix food with focus and med together . Sometimes they eat it. I always have problems with cardinals . They seem to want live food and never the food that just drifts down . Eventually after a month or so they do. So I too see picky eaters. That’s one of the things I look for at the LFS before I purchase and also look at their stomach area to see if they have eaten before or on a hunger strike . Usually I stay away from sunken bellies .
