feeding
How often a day do you feed your fish? I only feed 1once a day with lrf frozen food.

Multiple times a day is ideal, but many fish are fine with a single feeding. Some fish like anthias require multiple feedings for long term health.

Once a day here. I'd think specially if new to,the hobby that's the way to do to avoid overwhelming the bacteria on a newer tank. But then again that's just me attempting to reason the issue. I'm a newbie. And yes I've heard multiple times than anthias need multiple feeds a day.

depends on where you got the anthias, i have two tank raised anthias, once a day feeding keeps them healthy all the time.

I feed once a day and purposely don't keep fish that would require multiple feedings a day.

One good meal a day has always kept my fish fat & healthy. I do feed a lot of variety though.
