Tank recommendations for all in one tanks
Hey all, I am looking to get back into the hobby after 6 years off. Had to leave my custom 300g in wall tank and setup in our last house when we moved. This time I am looking for something much smaller. Probably something around 30-50g. I would like it sort of all in one enclosed equipment as much as possible. Meaning I am a OCD neat freak so don’t want a bunch of stuff hanging off or showing. Lol. My last tank was accessed from a closet behind it so was perfect.
Looking for 30-50g, led’s for mixed reef, sump in stand (if needed), prefer open top and maybe put a screen over to help, with condensation. I will hook up ATOmand controller later most likely. |

I would go for a Red Sea reefer if you want something around 30 gallons and a sump.

You might also consider the IM Fusion line of nanos. I have the 20 and love it.

I have a nano cube 28 gallon and a nuvo fusion 10 gallon. Both are nice tanks. JBJ makes some nice rimless tanks also.

You should check waterbox tanks, they're pretty well built and look pretty nice

So far liking my IM-40, fits skimmer, ATO, heaters and flow pumps really well and clean. Just cycling right now but it presents well and looks really clean.

I’d suggest either IM or Waterbox. IM has been a staple with aio but you did mention sumps which now are an option with their 25g lagoon, 30L and 50g lagoon ext tanks. Waterbox has a few options for aio with your preferred gallon range, 28g, 30g, 40g and a 50 aio. They also have a couple in their silver series for preorder and a very nice frag tank in their platinum? Series(not sure which)? Somewhat similar measurements to the IM 25g lagoon which I believe is being discontinued for the ext version. I personally will be going with IM due to dimensions and the EXT overflow and although a little pricey I like the aps.
