Hi Everyone,
It been awhile since my last tank, but now it’s time to start fresh. My new build is a leemar 90 gallons 3x2x2. So far everything thing I bought is used from fellow reefer. I need to stay within budget but it’s a hard task for this hobby. Here is my current list of equipments. Leemar Tank AA sump AA ato Custom stand- had some re work Hamilton 2 250 halide and 4 t5 - thinking of switching to led due to electrical bill. Eheim 1260 (items above was a package deal) 2 mp40wes Neptune lite 80 rocks- was live but I bleached and dried it Starking 1/4 board- Barr bottom approach. Leftover equipment from prior build Brs- roDi 2 Tunze pump 1073.020 Sicce 5.0 pump Media reactor Hopefully we can get some fish in soon. Here are some pictures.... I’ve been watching .
I really like the dimensions of your tank. I wanted something custom but it was too pricey and I found a good deal on a standard 90G. The 2’ of depth you have will be really fun to aquascape (I like your mock aquascape btw) What do you plan on keeping in your tank? Bare bottom for SPS dominant or just less hassle? Hope to see more soon! Mike Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You’re correct. I’m actually doing both of what you mention. Sps and low maintenance.

Hey Mike,
I finished up the plumbing and started they cycle. Kinda mess up on the return drain.... I put it too low so the ato doesn’t fit inside the cabinet anymore. Equipment update: Radion xr30 pro g3 (2) Tunze 3155 Aquamaxx xs reactor Neptune dos Fish: current in qt 2 chromis 2 clown 1 yellow tang Here’s some pic: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Man what a bummer on the ATO res...
Would it have fit if you went back and shortened the pipe before the first elbow on your drain? I think I would have done that lol. No big deal, you have room in your stand now for some extra equipment. Where do you plan on keeping the ATO res? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I probably could have shorten the pipe.... but I have to redo the whole down drain. Wasn’t worth it and since the tank is in the corner I just put the ato outside. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hey Mike, Tank is going.... getting there but slower than I expected. Just trying to grow out some coral line algae. I did an impulse but last weekend and bought a 150gallon tank. I’m trying to resell it but if I can’t sell it I may just set it up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Dannnng! Dude set that up! Lol. I kept trying to convince myself that my 90 was all I need. I would really like something deeper. A deep aquascape is the best. Can’t afford it haha.
