I used them for the first two years over my 90g mixed reef. Supplemented them with the LET T5 48" two bulb kit, then finally upgraded to the A360W-E (mostly for the ramping feature they offer). I had them 10" inches above the water line.

Intensity on the channels is dependent upon many individual factors including aquascape, coral selection, coral placement, water quality, flow, etc.

BRS has many good videos on how all of the factors are related together.

Flow > Light

Yup, I have two, on a mixed 70g

Took six months but now running 100% blue for 10 hours and 60% white for 9, half hour overlap on each end.

Running two years now, all corals love them...
