LED bulb replacement HELP

Has anyone had any experience replacing bulbs on the Apollo Reef LED fixtures?
I have a few whites burnt out and I'm having trouble finding the same ones for replacement.

I previously had 2 fixtures that had several bulbs that burnt out. I was not able to find the same bulbs. I also found that one or more of the fans had stopped worked causing the lights to overheat. Double check your fans to make sure they are running so that you don't have the same issue I did. I ended up cutting my losses and getting a new fixture.
