Does anyone know if the acrylic shelf comes with the doser or do you have to order it separately?

I just placed an order on fish street. They offer a package deal for the doser and bracket together. Bad thing though is I have to wait 'til around Sept. 10!! according to their web-site.

That's what convinced me to place an order.

I had been looking at the Bubble Magus and the new one by eshopps. But like someone had already mentioned, I just can't see me spending $300 to $500 for a dosing pump, plus this one is easy on the pocketbook, JMO.

Just got an e-mail this morning from fishstreet that said my order has been shipped. How long have you guys waited for your items after they were shipped?

The only thing is, I don't know if it's coming from their US warehouse or their Hong Kong warehouse. I did get a tracking number, but I don't recognize it.

I have one coming. Tank is currently being maintained with kalk, but will switch it out to this once kalk will not hold the levels anymore. Seems like a reliable unit so far. Haven't heard many reports of anything catastrophic so far

Anybody having a problem with their timers? All mine are set but won't run at the selected times. The pumps will run in manual only. Defective? For example my pump #1 is setup as follows.
1 out of 24 times per day
0 intervals out of 30
5 ml
Set time
Enter
