Did I Fry my VS Ports? DIY LED/VSPort Problem

I've been working on a RapidLED build for a few weeks now.

I've progressed to the point of connecting the LEDS to Apex. VS3&4.

I'm having trouble finding which wires are activated.

There are of course 4 sets of wires in the cable. One set reads 10v another wont read steady and keeps changing; two others read 0 v. I've tried toggling the LEDS on and off in Fusion but nothing. I moved the ethernet cable to VS1&2 but no hel p - still the same readings.

Also - when I plugged my Return Pump back into VS1/2 port - it is now not controllable any longer, it just runs at 100%.

So now the LEDS are not working and my return is no longer controllable - any advice?

Did I fry my ports somehow?

Did you check to make sure what Profile was set the VS port? Is it possible you changed it to something else to test? If the profile is correct, then Yes It sounds like it's toast.
