Firefish in trouble, please help id

Please see the video here:

https://youtube.com/shorts/t30l0JJztYk?feature=share

He has a problem in one eye, not sure if it’s a disease or an injury from some other fish. All params are good and I have more fish in there, they’ve been good and happy for months.

List includes two clowns, yellow eye tang, flame angel, two chromis, tailspot goby, cleaner shrimp, red shrimp.

Is this treatable? Is he lost? What’s the best way to deal with this?

Thanks!
