Dreambox, Water Tank, and Refugium

Just wanted to hear some thoughts about availability and delivery times for a few items I am about to purchase for my Elos 160XL update. I don't have a Fish Room so everything will fit inside the Elos stand. Thinkings of:

DreamBox Nano - D-60-50
Water Tank - W-20-60
Refugium - R-30-50

What kind of leads times are in place these days, and are there items that are in stock in the states (or already built in Germany) that may be better choices to lower the lead time, etc.

Thanks in advance....please opine.

We actually have a complete Dreambox 60x50 filter system in stock in Ft. Myers with more on the way. The one we have in stock is fully loaded with an RD3 50 return pump, Double Cone 180, LED's, red seams, controller mounts, wire management etc.

We don't have any refugiums in stock. If the dreambox needs to be built and shipped from Germany, current lead time being quoted is between 6-8 weeks for production to time of crating.
