Does the doser come with software or do you download from website?
Also, where does one find the app? |

Hi,
Dumb question but does this doser have to be positioned above the height of the dosing containers? P |

It is always recommended to do so with any doser unless you want to employ a quality check valve.

Yet another dumb question!
Does the doser have to be above the level of the sump/aquarium? On a side note, it would be really nice if GHL made an acrylic stand for the doser (just like their competitors). I've put this as a wish on the GHL forums... P |

yes and no
Always fit non return valves if below but I would always recommend above as nothing is as sure as a leak in life!

Not sure if this has been asked but does the unit have a ato level sensor out of the box or does it have to be purchased separately?
Thanks

This is a separate purchase as GHL off two types, this gives the client the option to choose if they want float or optical.

Up until recently GHL was more of a store front product but this has now changed with both Aqua Cave and premium aquatics and also online with reefbytes
premium are still populating as are aqua cave but here is a link and you can contact any of these listed to order for you http://premiumaquatics.com/search?search=ghl

Great Feedback from one of our new dealers we just got this in
Hello, thanks again took 20 minutes to program dosing unit with parameters I wanted. So much nicer then Pacific Sun unit I have else where. Smoother interface. Data upload is instant. Pumps are whisper quiet and it's not as bulky. Truly a better buy. Fantastic! Always great to hear GHL are hitting the market and running with it. |

Did the magnetic stirrer accessory/option question get answered?
If not, is there a magnetic stirrer available that plugs in?

The level sensors are the same as the ProfiLux so pricing will be the same. The temp sensors will be here as of the 29th December and we will release pricing with the 2015 catalogue to dealers. |

New software and firmware!
With the current version the LAN/ W-LAN settings of the GHL Doser 2 were improved and an assistant for static IP addresses and a wireless search were added. It is now possible to search for wireless networks, the appropriate settings are entered automatically. With the assistent for static IP address it is now easier to change the static IP address of the GHL Doser 2. Following changes since Version 1.0.5.9 have been made: Wireless network search added Assitant for static IP address added GHL Doser 2 firmware version 1.02 added Several optimizations To use the new functions the GHL Doser 2 needs a firmware update to version 1.02, the firmware is included with the GHL Control Center. You can download the new version with the following link: https://aquariumcomputer.com/en-GB/g...ads?fileID=219 |
