Question Mushrooms and Aptasias

We have been battling Aptasias for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on berghia nudibranches. We are currently upgrading from a 105 to 210 gallon tank and have decided to start new on everything with the intention of not moving anything from the old tank to the new, other than the fish and a couple of pieces of equipment that we plan to sanitize with bleach. Our conundrum is the desire to move some of the our beautiful mushrooms to the new tank. They are beautiful and expensive, and we hate to leave them. Our thinking is if we remove the mushrooms from the rock, essentially propagating them, is there a chance that Aptasia eggs/fragments/anything could hitchhike on the mushroom? Currently the mushrooms keep the Aptasia at bay in the area around them so I think some toxin on the mushroom would prevent any hitchhikers.
We can quarantine them for a while, but just can't stand the thought of those sick, evil invaders moving into our new tank.
