Where to get it depends on where you are located. In the US you can buy it at Amazon: New Life Spectrum Powder Ick-Shield Bath Food, Medium
Somewhere else in the world you may have to go to a doctor or vet. I would advise against buying off eBay as there is no simple way to tell if you get an effective product or just some ineffective white powder. BTW, Chloroquine Phosphate is a malaria medication.

NLS spectrum is recommending 30 mg/gal = 8 mg/L
There is strong anecdotal evidence that CP's actual therapeutic range is 5-20 mg/L. (That new info comes from a public aquarium.) Is New Life Spectrum saying to redose after X no. of days? Or one-time treatment? |

From what I remember, one issue with pure CP is that it has to be fresh to be effective. If you let it sit around for too long it looses its potency.
