cutting large diameter hole in acrylic
can anyone tell me the best way to cut large diameter holes in acrylic? I mean like a 6" hole in a sheet to fit a 6" OD acrylic tube. No problem with the smaller holes but how do you do the big ones?

Templates and routers..... get a cheap 6" hole saw and drill a piece of medite aka. Mdf and you got a nice template....or you can make a compass for your router and route all different size templates and holes....j)
