Any idea what would cause this?

Our house was hit by hurricane Michael and we lost power. I have a battery powered air pump that I immediately hooked up. Later got a generator and got all pumps and skimmer working with some lights. All my other tangs are fine but my vlamingi started acting real skiddish as soon as we lost power. Over the last few days he has gotten worse. Won't eat and started running into stuff to the point that we has worn his nose off as shown in the pics. Scared I'm gonna lose him at this point. Any idea why he has taken this sudden turn from perfect health. I can't imagine that just stress alone would cause this.
