Help with circulation in 35l reef

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new reefer after months of reading and deciding the take the plunge, a small nano tank was the largest I could keep inside my room at University.

I have had the Aqua One 35l reef set up for over 2 months now with just a couple zoas, a small hammer and 2 hermits. Everything is happy and growing, new heads on each zoa!! It has a roughly 1.5" LS bed and an amount of rock the LFS said would be the right amount but can't remember the number now.
The tank came with a chamber filter system at the back which currently has LR rubble in, ceramic discs, a bag of eheim phosphate remover, filter floss and houses the heater. This has a 600l/h pump, after upgrading the 200l/h it came with, but this flow is very 1 directional and I'm learning that isn't the best type of flow.
I'm struggling to find a wave maker or circulation pump that isn't too powerful to try get a more random flow inside the tank.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thank you, Jp
