Theoretically, no. They don’t eat SPS tissue. However, I have had an issue in my tank where I have so many that they crowd around the base of corals and between branches of tightly branches corals, and I do blame them for irritating some corals to the point of death from the base up in this way.

Yeah, unless they've reached plague proportions in your tank, I don't think the mini brittle stars are an issue - I've lots of them in my tanks, with no apparent problems.
