Right, I was already pumped, that was just the icing on the cake. Just told the wife the new special guests and she is dancing around this morning. We watch all of the shows, and love the family vibe they have. Very cool indeed!

Without hesitation I appreciate all the compliments ! There were a few of us working behind the scenes trying to piece this together (you know who you are - thank you too!)

Exclamation What's this?!?! A live interview on WCCC 106.9 FM - Tuesday 4PM

Good day fellow reefers!

(That never sounds right )

It is with great pleasure that I inform you all that I was asked to do a live on-air interview this coming Tuesday, October 23rd at 4 PM with THE ROCK WCCC 106.9.

I'll be chatting us up with one of CCC's most talented personalities, Klonk, with hopes of eloquently explaining why fragging coral is so mentally stimulating (we all know I'll just end up trying to explain what fragging coral means). I'll also have the chance to explain that mysterious glow from my home and my excessive electric bill .

But seriously, I'll have two 5 minute spots to let CT and the surrounding listening area know what CTARS is, what we do, why we do it and most importantly, I'll be able to shed light...I mean major light...on the details of our upcoming mega conference at Mohegan Sun on Sunday October 28th.

I'll be sure to announce our three GREAT guest speakers, highlight our signed up vendors and let America know that the stars of the Animal Planet television show Tanked, Wayde and Brett, will be spending quality time with us too!

This IS great publicity for CTARS and our conference.

On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank all the members of CTARS for your patience over the past few weeks as we have slowly disclosed more and more details of this event. We promise to continue sharing the details as they unfold.

So...plan to come to CMAC. Heck, bring a friend. Why not bring three friends? But no more if you plan to share your Kit Kat bar

We have the speakers, we have the vendors, we have the special guests, we have the great venue - we just need YOU the attendees!

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD - LET'S ALL PITCH IN AND MAKE THIS THE BEST CMAC EVER!

Sincerely,

Your (soon to be 'Almost Famous') Treasurer and now male cheerleader,

Gobey

WCCC Live Interview - you can listen online too...

Check out the WCCC website - in the middle of the page on the left side is a 'Listen' button with an option to listen from your computer...I tried it and it works...

http://www.wccc.com/

Test it out now so you're prepped and ready for my 5+5 minutes of fame and glory.

Exclamation Scored another! A live interview on WDRC AM 1360 - Tuesday 9:35 AM

Well....I'm almost speechless....if you know me - that's nearly impossible

I can definitely say that this is a first for me - two on-air interviews in one day - all about CTARS, coral and fish tanks!

We just secured another live radio spot on Tuesday, October 23rd at 9:35 AM on AM 1360 with Brad Davis and Mary Jones!

I might be in shock...but being interviewed by "THE" Brad Davis is a big deal to me - I hope you all see how amazing this is too!

We might just have most of the radio listening demographics covered with the morning AM gig and the afternoon FM gig!

What can I say, I promise to to my best and let CT know who CTARS is and why we do this!

Now back to the conference at Mohegan Sun on Sunday October 28th...it's going to be great - even if I'm the only guy in the audience...it will be great, but it will be absolutely amazing if the rooms are packed to the gills (no fish pun intended).

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD - LET'S ALL PITCH IN AND MAKE THIS THE BEST CMAC EVER!

Sincerely,

Your (soon to be even 'Almost Famous-er') Treasurer,

Gobey

Our latest vendor, NY Coral King will be selling 'high end clowns' like platinum, picasso, black ice, etc

He has offered a discount to those who want to pre order. PM me for details.

It's hard to believe that I'll be trying to explain our complex reef keeping hobby in just few minutes. I've been going over my notes all weekend and practicing in front of the mirror.

You can buy tickets at the door but according to BfishLpond (5 minutes ago) on the "link to CMAC tickets" you can still purchase the tickets online for $20.
