zoa colony detached itself from base?

I had a zoa colony go missing, then I found it on the substrate in the bottom of the tank. Open and looking OK, I just thought it was odd it detached from its plug and moved like that?

any input?

Too much flow perhaps?

These things are pretty easy to secure with some super glue gel, so you should be ok if you want to move them somewhere else in the tank.
