Growing into each other!
My bird nest frag finally seem to be picking up on its growth and is about to grow into my purple stylophora frag.
I am tight on space in my tank! Is it okay to let them grow into each other or will they sting each other. I don't want to move them if I don't have to, as i can not think of any other decent place for either of them in the tank. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Stylos can sting other corals but extending their polyps. I would try to keep some space between them, whatever you can manage without having to tear them all up.

That is what fragging is for. Not a good thing to have coral touch they will sting and kill other corals.

Break that one branch off of the birdsnest and let them keep going. It is OK for them to get close.
