Ecosmart live is offline
I have bought 5 G4 Radions last month and did the setup via usb cable and connection manager. Last 2 days I'm trying to connect and ecosmart live is saying that I'm offline. I can see radions are connected in connection manager. I turned them of, uninstalled and installed CM, tried 3 usb cables and tried to connect to 3 different radions. I'm using google chrome and windows 10. It worked perfectly 10 days ago. What to do?

sometimes my G4 show as "Offline" in ESL, what I do to fix it is unplug the power to the reeflink and plug it back in. Not sure why it does this but doesnt do it that often and fixes it every time. I'm using an Apple MacOS not Windows

I dont have reef link, I'm conecting directly with usb cable and connection manager.
