As I mentioned before, the beauty of the GEO is the simple and efficient design coupled with top notch, quality construction. I regard manufacturers like MTC and Lifereef to be in the vein of high quality yet simple and efficient products as well. A lot of other manufacturers on the other hand try too hard to reinvent the wheel. They add unnecessary bells and whistles to that end up unreliable (DC pumps in calcium reactors) and leak (as seen in the spaghetti junction of tubes and fittings).

At the end of the day, you've made a great choice to go with GEO. No go hop onto eBay and find yourself a continuous duty, variable speed peristaltic pump like a Masterflex or a Watson Marlow and you'll have the ultimate CaRx set up!
