Somehow I have acquired a small collection of nems! This wasn't in the plan book. LOL

Epicystis crucifer

Stichodactyla tapetum

Entacmaea quadricolor

New Tank Video

I attempted to get an all 'top shot' video of the tank today. It didn't turn out as expected and the movie maker trimmed a lot of my video frame for some reason, but here it is.

Been real busy on the tank last few days. Got rid of some coral that I didn't just have to have to open up some more room for SPS growth. Also fragged about half of the frogpspawn. Did about a 70% rescape on the tank as well. I really llike the way things are placed now. The euphyllias are on their own island now. I also picked up 2 new acro frags and a porcelain crab. They are a purple bonsai and a white with blue tips (no ID yet). Here are some photos. Just finished mounting the frogspawn and new acros this morning.

So I had to get rid of my torch coral due to a little warfare between it and the frogspawn (I should have known better). I ended up trading it for a yellow tip Hammer. Here is an updated FTS and the new piece.

Ok its time for an update! All is doing well. I ended up trading my Favia for a really nice Wellso. I also got an orange Richordea which has vanished (go figure) and a green Monit cap to go with my red one. I ended up breaking the huge rock that the Favia was on so had to do a little rescaping and arranging. Here is a photo dump to catch everything up!

They are definitely a very cool fish. Mine is always sifting the sand even though he has a small mouth. LOL

Been a while since I've updated! Ok the bad news first, the Rainfordi Goby disappeared a while back just like the a long time ago when I tried one. The fish seemed very healthy and active then just vanished. I have since then picked up a Blackline Fang Blenny to replace it which is doing very well. I have also traded in my Green Tabling Acro frag and Purple Bonsai frag in for larger colonies. I got rid of a couple LPS and gained a few more SPS frags. I have also since built my own frag tank out of a free piece of 1/4" glass that I acquired and had cut. This is still in the works (stand/connecting to system). the dimensions on the tank are 24"L, 18"W, 8"T. Here are some photos to get things caught up! Got a bunch of NEW stuff since last update.

FTS

NEW Mini-Maxi Nem

NEW Purple Bonsai Acro

NEW Strawberry Shortcake Acro

NEW DIY Frag Tank

NEW Blackline Fang Blenny

NEW Acro Horrida

Thank you! I try to make do with my little old $80 camera. Still wanting to get a DSLR one day though.

Looking good!! I like how you have your monti caps together, interested in how they all grow out once they reach each other.

Thanks! Me too, hopefully I will get them to kinda spiral together, but who knows. There is a Idaho Grape on the very top as well. Cant really tell it because of the color. A green/purple/red monti cap trio spiral is what I'm trying to envision!

I didn't mean to post those last photos so HUGE! Sorry about that, too late to edit. Here is a FTS I took under the actinics only using the gel filter.
