So, I guess I know where I'm headed when my tank is up. What can I say Chris? Unbelieveably nice!

You got it man! Whatever you need bud. Thanks for the compliments. Will get a better video that can truly show the flow these Vortecs can produce. I have been waiting for some powerheads to really produce some nice flow patterns with this wide/tall tank.

Thanks Lang! I just had a Galaxy ballast blow out, not sure why? It's a dual 250w and now is just firing 1 side, it's just under 2yrs old. I was told these are durable but guess not. was planning on running radiums, but the purchase of a new ballast is in order as customer service isn't working out with sunlight supply. Will be removing he foxface very soon. Any suggestions on how to get him out? |

Nothing, would rather replace him with smaller fish. I want to add more anthias but don't want to add more of a bioload. This fish has been with me a while and very healthy but rather have less big fish and more smaller fish on the reef. What type of a trap?

Well its been a while!
A lot has happen since my last update,
Alk swing Bacteria desease that wiped out 2/3 of my fish last yr. when I added a school of Anthias Pump failure I have never lost fish like this and will much more cautious when adding a fish. I lost some of my prized fish; Asfur angel, Atlantic blue tang, Blonde Naso. I decided to add a couple of fish I have been wanting for some time after I knew my tank was stabalized. This took place almost exactly 1 year ago. Here is a few updated pictures Left side [IMG][/IMG] Right side [IMG][/IMG] FTS [IMG][/IMG] Will update with a few more soon |
